PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, APP, OR ANY BOUNDTY SERVICES. By accessing or using the Website, App, or any Boundty services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website, App, or any Boundty services.
1. Use of the Website and App
The Website and App are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Website or App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and of legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the license set forth above.

THE WEBSITE, APP, AND BOUNDTY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BOUNDTY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. BOUNDTY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, APP, OR BOUNDTY SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
BOUNDTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF BOUNDTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, APP, OR BOUNDTY SERVICES.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boundty, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, App, or Boundty services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
8. Prohibited Use
In addition to the other restrictions set forth in these Terms, you agree not to use the Website, App, or Boundty services for any of the following purposes:
To transport or deliver any illegal items, including but not limited to drugs, narcotics, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
To engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
To violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
To harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any other user.
To violate the privacy of any other user.
To interfere with the operation of the Website, App, or Boundty services.

10. Term and Termination
Boundty may terminate your access to the Website, App, and Boundty services immediately, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms, including the restrictions on prohibited use.
By using Boundty, you agree to be responsible for the items you choose to send or receive. Boundty is not responsible for any illegal activity that may occur through the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boundty regarding your use of the Website, App, and Boundty services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Boundty shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Boundty reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website, App, or Boundty services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.
